SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: Delivery times may vary for international shipments. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. For real-time updates, use the carrier’s tracking system with your provided number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind our gear like we stand behind home plate. If your equipment isn’t performing to your standards, we’ll make it right with our straightforward return policy.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return most items for a refund or exchange. To qualify for return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition (tags attached for apparel)
  • Original packaging required (especially important for bats)
  • Original receipt or order number must accompany return

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt models)
  • Bat grips
  • Batter’s protective gear (elbow/leg guards)
  • Catcher’s gear
  • Clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
  • Custom/special order bats (weighted beyond standard specs)

STEP 2: PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS

Once approved:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  • For bats, use the original tube or equivalent protective packaging

STEP 3: SHIP YOUR RETURN

We’ll provide a prepaid return label for defective items (you cover return shipping otherwise).

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

For size exchanges on apparel or bat weight exchanges:
