At Headbanger Sports, we stand behind our tournament-ready gear like we stand behind home plate. If your equipment isn’t performing to your standards, we’ll make it right. Below is our no-nonsense return policy crafted for players who demand excellence.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return most items for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition (tags attached for apparel)
  • In original packaging (especially important for bats)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order number

NOTE:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt models)
  • Bat grips
  • Batter’s protective gear (elbow/leg guards)
  • Catcher’s gear
  • Clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

Custom/special order bats (weighted beyond standard specs) are also non-returnable.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage items securely in original packaging. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation. For bats, use the original tube or equivalent protective packaging.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a prepaid return label for defective items (you cover return shipping otherwise). Ship to:

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

EXCHANGES

For size exchanges on apparel or bat weight exchanges:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Specify your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
